Rencana aksi demo massa Front Pembela Islam (FPI) dan Persaudaraan Alumni (PA) 212 di dekat Gedung Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) hingga Majelis Hakim MK mengeluarkan keputusannya, ditentang pihak Kepolisian.
"Untuk saat ini kami melihat bahwa kemungkinan ada, tetap ada massa yang menyampaikan aspirasi. Tapi tidak kita perbolehkan (lakukan aksi) di depan MK," kata Tito di kawasan Monas, Jakarta.
Lebih lanjut, Tito tidak ingin mengambil risiko jika terjadi kerusuhan, seperti peristiwa kerusuhan 22 Mei 2019 di depan gedung Bawaslu.
"Kita juga belajar dari kasus Bawaslu, memberikan diskresi membolehkan kegiatan malam hari di jalan umum, ternyata disalahgunakan," kata dia.
Ancaman bukan datang dari Kapolri saja, Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Tjahjo Kumolo menyatakan bahwa pihaknya akan melakukan penilaian pada setiap Ormas yang mengajukan SKT kembali, seperti yang dilakukan FPI baru-baru ini.
Bahwa pihak Direktorat Jenderal Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum, Kementerian Dalam Negeri sedang mengevaluasi Surat Keterangan Terdaftar (SKT) sebagai organisasi kemasyarakatan (Ormas) yang diajukan oleh Front Pembela Islam (FPI). SKT FPI sebagai ormas sudah habis sejak 20 Juni 2019 lalu.
"Sekarang sedang diurus oleh Ditjen Polpum (Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum). Sedang dievaluasi dulu," kata Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Tjahjo Kumolo di Kompleks Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta, Senin (24/6).
"Setiap pengajuan kembali akan kami nilai, kami telaah, kami pelajari dulu AD/ART yang terbaru. Bagaimana, komitmen terhadap NKRI dan Pancasila, itu yang dilihat," ujarnya.
"Maka Ormas yang baik, Ormas yang tidak menimbulkan pro kontra, ada kemaslahatan bagi masyarakat dan bangsa," tuturnya.
Nah, apabila FPI atau PA 212 tetap ngotot melakukan aksinya yang bisa mengganggu ketentraman dan keamanan negara, bisa jadi keberadaan ormas tersebut akan dievaluasi atau bahkan dilanjutkan keberadaanya. Apalagi, sudah ada petisi untuk membubarkan FPI melalui situs change.org.
